The location is very close to bus stations and underground that you can use to get to central London. The property was very clean and had everything that one would need on a short stay. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again.

Boasting garden views, Spacious self-contained flat - 33AS1 offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 3.8 km from Greenwich Park. The apartment is enormous compared to other properties available at the same time at a similar rate. The photos aren't misleading. It really does take some considerable time to walk from the bedroom to the garden. I didn't use the latter because of the bad weather but it looks like a fairly pleasant place to spend a summer evening, with some decking a few plants and a table and chairs. The apartment itself is well-equipped and includes a washing machine, which is unusual in apartments like this. The bedroom is comfortable with plenty of storage space. The kitchen area has a worktop the size of an airport runway with a kettle, toaster, hob, ovens, dishwasher etc. The hosts were very responsive and allowed me to check in three hours early. I stayed an extra week and they sent a cleaner to tidy up. The neighbourhood looks drab but it's quiet and there is a corner shop 2 minutes away. NB New Cross station is slightly closer than New Cross Gate and it's easier to get on an Overground train at New Cross during the rush hour. The Overground trains going through New Cross Gate about 730/8am are usually packed but at New Cross you can even get a seat.
