Very nice .. easy to get to and from the O2 perfect place if you are going to a concert ...lovely hotel lovely helpful Staff . One train to and from the city center...to Blackheath ...defenatly going back.

I love staying at this hotel every time I go to London. Their rooms are clean, comfortable beds and have friendly and helpful staff.

Room comfortable and a very quiet location. Great value as we were attending a birthday party about 1 mile away. Plenty of on street parking just outside the house. Very nice cafe just around the corner for coffee and pastries next morning, The 2 Spoons cafe.

Clean room, comfy bed. Scott was very helpful - he even bought a hairdryer, as I needed. And shared some medicine when I got ill. The kitchen had all that you need to cook, microwave or stock food. I had my own shelf in the fridge and in the cupboard. The bus stop and train stop is nearby, so you can reach the place you need to. Also, there are many cafes nearby and two supermarkets - Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
