Offering a restaurant and bar, Park Plaza London Waterloo is located in London, a short walk from Lambeth North underground station and less than a 10-minute walk from Westminster Bridge and the... Great hotel, close to the most famous sights. The metro line is just across the street, great accessibility everywhere. Even though I had booked early check in in advance, I was told on the spot that it was not possible even for an additional fee. I understand it was mid-term and there were lots of parents and children everywhere. Apart from that, however, the hotel was very well prepared for children. I really liked the Halloween decoration, there was even a treat for the children, the children's check-in is also a great idea, I also appreciate the fact that children can go to the pool very positively. The breakfasts were sufficient, everything one could wish for. The hotel was very clean, cleaning was done daily and they refilled tea, coffee, changed towels and more. I would love to come back here with my children, but also by myself. Everyone was very nice, helpful and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från Waterloo järnvägsstation. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Caner greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. He was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. He even went the extra mile by recommending some fantastic local restaurants that perfectly matched our tastes. Mr. Caner's warm and welcoming service is the biggest reason we would choose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Waterloo again. Thanks to him, the hotel felt less like a generic chain and more like a friendly place where we were truly valued guests.
