- London - Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment provides accommodation in London near Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12nn. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center; main attractions like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. I would like to mention the ladies from POTUS Bar & Restaurant; Jenny, Anna, and Madalena who made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

Location was perfect, 1 min to subway, 30 seconds to the bus station, 15 mins as a max to any cool sight! The smell of the hotel is so perfect. Room was clean and neat. The kitchen in a room is so good for traveling with kid! Family friendliest hotel!

Offering a restaurant and bar, Park Plaza London Waterloo is located in London, a short walk from Lambeth North underground station and less than a 10-minute walk from Westminster Bridge and the... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza. The facilities were well maintained and beautifully presented -- never dipping in quality throughout our stay. All the staff endeavoured to help us with any queries we had and were eager to ensure our stay was well-enjoyed. Ahmed in guest services was so incredibly lovely and personable. He was a highlight of our stay and his friendliness made you feel at home. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a great location with lots of transport options nearby and within walking distance to different places. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in London!
