Featuring a two Michelin star restaurant and a stunning spa, the luxury Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London overlooks Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to Harrods and a tube station. The staff and doormen were friendly and helpful. We were provided with complementary champagne and a cake was provided for my husband's birthday.

With a 24-hour front desk, this 5-star hotel is on a quiet street in the heart of London. It has valet and concierge services, and spacious bedrooms with Rik Rak by Kit Kemp bath products. I love the Firmdale chain but I hadn't stayed here before. It exceeded my expectations. My room was spotless, the service was excellent and the location was ideal - very centrally located but in a quiet, peaceful street so you got the best of both worlds.
