Located 2.4 km from EICC, Merchiston Residence provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Very impressed with the place. Very spacious. Warm. Good facilities. All/each rooms had access to bathroom/toilet. Clean and modern facilities. Shower worked well. Mattresses were very comfortable to the point we almost over slept on departure day😅. Cheaper than staying in city but not far out for uber Glad we chose this place

Gill was amazingly helpful and very responsive which has not always been my experience. She was informative so that there was never any confusion about how to access or what to do once we had checked out, gave us clear guidelines for the exit process, and even came by on request to drop off additional amenities we requested. It was right next to the 27 bus stop to downtown, very convenient but a quiet enough neighborhood that you can have an early morning or late night walk away from the major hustle and bustle. Haymarket station is an easy 20 minute walk away, with many stores, shops and cafes/restaurants along the way. Great place to stay for a week!!! Thank you Gill!!!

Nothing impressive, the apartment is not clean enough it was smelling bad and the elevator does not work, I had to used the stairs too four floors، also the heater is broken.
