Located 2.4 km from EICC, Merchiston Residence provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Great location for Taylor Swift concert. We walked to and from the gig. Property was spotless, calm, relaxing and staff was friendly.

Flat location is perfect easy access to buses or park if you prefer. Flat is nice clean, kitchen have everything what you need if you want to cook. During the night it is nice and quaiet. We had good night sleep. Definitely recommend and if I ever visit Edinburgh again I will book this flat.

Gill was amazingly helpful and very responsive which has not always been my experience. She was informative so that there was never any confusion about how to access or what to do once we had checked out, gave us clear guidelines for the exit process, and even came by on request to drop off additional amenities we requested. It was right next to the 27 bus stop to downtown, very convenient but a quiet enough neighborhood that you can have an early morning or late night walk away from the major hustle and bustle. Haymarket station is an easy 20 minute walk away, with many stores, shops and cafes/restaurants along the way. Great place to stay for a week!!! Thank you Gill!!!

Nothing impressive, the apartment is not clean enough it was smelling bad and the elevator does not work, I had to used the stairs too four floors، also the heater is broken. The location of property was great. Internet was also good, but unfortunately if was switched on and off on the last day two hours before checkout.
