Boasting a terrace, La Planque Hotel is situated in Paris in the Ile de France region, 1.2 km from Gare de l'Est and 1.8 km from Gare du Nord. The lady who greeted us was super friendly, she helped us find a tray so that we could have breakfast in our room, and probably the best she called us after we checked out to help an Uber driver return my son's lost phone. We were so happy with the customer service, and in particular this hostess who went above and beyond.

Excellent location for Montmartre and a beautiful room. The decor and furnishings were lovely! We enjoyed a delicious, relaxed breakfast too.

Very friendly staff, particularly the guy at the reception, his name Moze/ Noze, he helped me to fix my booking, I was booked too late for my following stats but he got me same room so I didn't have to move around and change my room.
