Appartamento carino arieggiato e molto luminoso, staff molto disponibile e serio, servizi funzionanti e locale pulito. Qualità/prezzo eccellente. Lo consiglio per chi non vuole spendere tanto.

Located in Nice, the recently renovated VILLA DES PERGOLAS au pied du TRAM, à 5 min des plages, 15 min du Centre, jacuzzi provides accommodation 1.1 km from Plage du Carras and 1.3 km from Plage Aubry... I would highly recommend your villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and well-located place to stay in nice. From the moment we arrived, Fernando, the villa's contact person, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, even late at night. He also gave us many great recommendations for activities in the area. The villa itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from park fhenix and a short drive to the promenade des anglais. One of the highlights of our stay was our departure. We were on our way to the airport when we encountered a major traffic jam due to road closures that we hadn't been aware of. Fernando, without hesitation, offered to drive us to the airport himself. This was a lifesaver, as taxis were unable to get through the traffic. We would have missed our flight if it weren't for Fernando's kindness and generosity. The only minor issue we had was that the living room was a bit small for the number of people that can sleep in the villa. However, this is a small thing, and overall we had an amazing stay at your villa. Thank you again for everything!

Clean and nice decorated apartment with big terrace and very comfortable king size bed. Apartment is close to the public transport and the beach. Supermarket located in the same building. Ewerything was perfect!

Set in Nice, just 100 metres from Plage du Carras, La Prom 2 - a two bedroom apartment with a sea view offers beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. Loved the view and location even though it is a long walk or tram ride to town. The apartment was perfect for our vacation.
