Beau T3 proche mer et aéroport is situated in the Arenas district of Nice, less than 1 km from Plage du Carras, a 13-minute walk from Plage Aubry Lecomte and 4.4 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral. The apartment was spacious, well equiped, 5-6 minutes walk to the tram line 2 and close to the airport. It was close to a Carrefour (around 10 mins walk) and close to Nice Saint Augustin train station (2 tram stops - from which you can go almost where you want on French Riviera)

Situated in Nice, the recently renovated Confortable 2 pièces 54 m2 proche de la mer features accommodation 1.5 km from Plage du Carras and 1.7 km from Plage Aubry Lecomte. Close to Parc Phoenix, and just 3 minutes walk tram L2 that gets you to center and main tourist attractions. Apartment is nicely arranged. Host is nice and flexible, we had an early check-in. Kitchen well equipped, we also had coffee and a bottle of water as gifts. Beds are comfortable.

I would highly recommend your villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and well-located place to stay in nice. From the moment we arrived, Fernando, the villa's contact person, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, even late at night. He also gave us many great recommendations for activities in the area. The villa itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from park fhenix and a short drive to the promenade des anglais. One of the highlights of our stay was our departure. We were on our way to the airport when we encountered a major traffic jam due to road closures that we hadn't been aware of. Fernando, without hesitation, offered to drive us to the airport himself. This was a lifesaver, as taxis were unable to get through the traffic. We would have missed our flight if it weren't for Fernando's kindness and generosity. The only minor issue we had was that the living room was a bit small for the number of people that can sleep in the villa. However, this is a small thing, and overall we had an amazing stay at your villa. Thank you again for everything!

Set on the beachfront in Nice, STUDIO SUR LA PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS AVEC VUE MER ORIGINALE À 40 m DE LA PLAGE has a private beach area and is close to Plage de la Lanterne. Clean and nice decorated apartment with big terrace and very comfortable king size bed. Apartment is close to the public transport and the beach. Supermarket located in the same building. Ewerything was perfect!

Set in Nice, just 100 metres from Plage du Carras, La Prom 2 - a two bedroom apartment with a sea view offers beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. Loved the view and location even though it is a long walk or tram ride to town. The apartment was perfect for our vacation.
