Welcome to the Crowne Plaza Lyon Hotel, where conviviality and comfort come together to offer you an unforgettable experience. We arrived early but the staff didn't hessitate and moved things around so we could get into our room. Great service. Room was comfortable and clean (although the air-con was set too high for us and we couldn't get it to lower sufficiently - minor issue).
