Located in the east of Lyon, 700 meters from the Lyon Part Dieu train station and 4 km from the Cité Internationale convention center, the Hotel Edmond W Lyon Part-Dieu enjoys a quiet location... The staff was friendly and everyone spoke English very well. The hotel was cozy, the room was clean, and the included breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located reasonably near the main train station and very close to the park. If you don't mind a 30 minute walk, this is a great option for anyone going to the congress center, since most of the walk will be through a beautiful park.

Lyon Marriott Hotel Cité Internationale offers air-conditioned rooms beside River Rhone and the Tete d’Or Park. It is housed within the Cite Internationale complex. It’s next to the park where you can walk for hours and enjoy the rose garden and other beautiful attractions. We also liked that the C5 bus outside of the hotel gets you next to the center of old Lyon. The hotel parking is perfect.
