Exceptional stay I’d say. Everything sparkling clean, cleaning/make up beds everyday, great breakfast buffet (fresh everything inc bread&butter), convenient location (next to train station and a big mall with everything you may need: cafe/restaurants, pharmacy, super markets, clothes if needed). A sofa-bed for my kids was ready by our arrival. Super black out curtains - my kids were able to sleep until 9am like never. Water station is right out of the room with still and sparkling water (easy to fill up your bottle on the way to go out). Awesome place with nice, helpful people. We all enjoyed staying here.

Room was good size, had good storage spaces and was air conditioned. Location was excellent and well positioned for use of local Metro, Trams and Buses.

Located in central Lyon, Mercure Lyon Center Saxe Lafayette is 15 minutes' walk from Part-Dieu TGV Train Station. It offers free high-speed WiFi access and a fitness room with an indoor swimming pool.... Everything was good. Not very central, but easily reachable by car and the old town is within a walking distance. We did not use the valet parking provided by the hotel, because we had a roof box. There's plenty of parking on the streets nearby, so we managed to find a spot. The breakfast was fantastic, we would stay again just for the breakfast.

The view from our room was awesome. It was quiet. The room was excellent (we did receive an upgrade) - the best we have ever had.
