Brian and the rest of the staff were great....very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our chats with them. The hotel is a boutique hotel that has been recently done over. We had a cool room on the third floor that had spa like qualities. It is conveniently located for walking everywhere and minutes to the tram station if you need to ride, but was nice and quiet for sleeping. We took the tram three stops back to the train station to pick up our rental car when we were leaving. We did not eat breakfast but we did have coffee outside as well as one of Brian's special cocktails the night we arrived. We would not hesitate to recommend the Lola!

This 4-star Novotel is located 50 metres from Tram C station, a 3 tram-stop ride from the heart of Bordeaux and the Place de la Bourse and only 400 metres from Bordeaux Train Station. Breakfast was great and so was the location! The personel was very nice.

The property was so clean and light. A perfect space for our city break to celebration our recent engagement. The location was amazing and the hosts I had contact with were so helpful, we were greeted upon our arrival and given a tour/answered our questions which was also so helpful. The apartment also had everything we could possibly need during our stay.

Wonderful bathroom/shower, quiet bedroom with no one above you, on a quiet street with no street noise.

Complementary bottle of Bordeaux awaited us and that was very nice from the host. The appartments are realy cosy and quiet. High ceilings create good ambiance and comfort for living. The bed and linen were of very good quality. In case of traveling to Bordeaux would stay there again.
