Security system (door locks) used a modern number pad, which was nice, as I didn't have to worry about losing a key. The room was warm upon arrival, and there is a fridge, which was a lifesaver. Overall, a pleasant stay, with just a few caveats mentioned below.

It has a very good bar and restaurant in the lobby for those who has no time to go out and explore. And those that do have the time, the hotel is only 3min away from the tram station and less than 10 min away to St Catherine street, which is the heart of the city.

The room was adequate to my needs, very comfortable bed and pillows. Cruise ship style ensuite, great shower. Room was serviced after two nights . The girls in reception were very friendly and easy going. Parking was free ,plentiful and secure.....which is rare in the city. After many ordinary reviews, I was hesitant to book. So glad I did . Great value for money !

We liked the breakfast, which had many options and everything was delicious! Family style set for breakfast was wonderful! Host was incredible! Very quiet at night.

Good restaurants very close, Mille Et Une Saveurs libanese cuisine, Cote Zinc- tapas and a very good gastronomique restaurant L' Oiseau Bleu , very close and very convenient, pizzeria and a very good bakery. Good internet signal. Many facilities very close as pharmacie, market, carrefour. Tram line also is very close. Patricia and Christoph hospitality and kindness.
