The owner, Lucius, was very friendly and approachable. I was surprised, however, he couldn't name a doctor's office/clinic when I needed it. Maybe he doesn't get sick?

Not only was his house lovely, clean and quiet (perfect for light sleepers), but I had great conversations with him, a dance choreographer, a chorus founder and a singer! A surprise impromptu show with Sebastien was the cherry on top :)
