A well equipped, neat little apartment on two floors, including fridge and coffee maker. We liked the little porch outside overgrown with jasmine!The area was very quiet and safe. The owner, Lucius, was very friendly and approachable. I was surprised, however, he couldn't name a doctor's office/clinic when I needed it. Maybe he doesn't get sick?

I had such a wonderful time in Bordeaux thanks to the kind host, Sebastien. Not only was his house lovely, clean and quiet (perfect for light sleepers), but I had great conversations with him, a dance choreographer, a chorus founder and a singer! A surprise impromptu show with Sebastien was the cherry on top :)

Studio cosy wifi terrasse CHU-Cite administrative-Primrose is situated in the Cauderan district of Bordeaux, 2.9 km from Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux, 3 km from Esplanade des Quinconces and 3 km from... It was clean and tidy, all items apart from a hair dryer were there. The garden space was an additional extra which was a lovely touch and made the place feel larger. Great place to stay for a few days away

The hostess was very nice and helpful, room cozy. Location close enough to the centre (20 min by bus). Would recommend for those visitors who want to feel themselves rather at home than in hotel.
