The living room offers a fantastic view of St. John's Church through the window. A tram to the city center stops almost right at the doorstep. The city center is just a few tram stops away, but it’s also easily reachable on foot with a pleasant walk. We visited Helsinki in winter when it was snowy—right across from the apartment, there was a small slope where children could sled, and an ice rink nearby. The apartment hosts were kind and welcoming, and communication with them was prompt and efficient. The apartment is perfectly suited for a family with children.

Jouni was very friendly, responsive and provided helpful information and recommendations. The apartment is chic, comfortable and in a fantastic location. We were a family of four. Our 10-year old slept in the loft space. It's quite high off the ground and I wouldn't have felt comfortable if he were younger, but he handled the ladder safely and loved the space - he was quite proud of his independence!

We want to have it! 1. Location: in a chic neighborhood, loads of restaurants and boutiques. Close to tram station and the most beautiful church of Helsinki. 2. Decoration: what you see in the pictures. Love it, love it, love it. All the tableware are from iittala. 3. Comfort: I slept like a baby every night and I love my shower time! 4. Service: the owner is very responsive. They have prepared a chinese black tea which is coincidentally my favorite. Thank you! This is probably the best travel accommodation that we have ever had.

Very clean apartment, also the building hallways. No issues with hot water and easy to control the temperature in the shower. Elevator. Good neighborhood with cafes and restaurants. Tram lines nearby. Easy 1 to 1.5km walk to the center. Small but well stocked market on the same block.
