Housed in a converted prison from 1837, this atmospheric hotel is found on Katajanokka Island in central Helsinki. The hotel is charming - a tastefully converted prison! The room we had was perfect - everything worked! The hotel is perfectly situated for the Viking Line terminal and is right on the number 4 tram route which makes getting into the city centre very easy (although this is a very pleasant 15 minute walk if you don't want to use the tram). The breakfast offering is superb and the dinner menu is excellent with freshly cooked and well presented dishes. The staff are very welcoming and exceptionally helpful.

Located by the waterfront of Katajanokka, Scandic Grand Marina is housed in 1920s Art Nouveau building and offers free WiFi, sauna, gym and a 24-hour on-site shop. Breakfast was amazing,but location is the best!!! You can go by a walk everywhere in just 10 or 15 min max. People in a hotel were amazing.

Location is easily accessible by public transportation with tramway station just few steps from hotel. It is quiet area. Located on Helsinki’s Katajanokka island, surrounded by the sea, this hostel is a 5-minute tram ride from the city centre. Vyökatu Tram Stop is just around the corner. The location was easy to reach. From the train station, 1 block in front of the main entrance, you take the Tram 4 and you after 3/4 stops you have the hostel in front of you. Easy to reach, clean, especially the toilets and shower with all the comforts. It is also not expensive

Located in Helsinki, this night cruise offers a variety of onboard dining and shopping options. In general it was great, clean, plenty of space (I was in a 4 persons cabin, alone, so maybe that helped)
