The Camilo is really good and king man. He help with everything that we was need . When our car was broke and we cant come in right time, Camilo make for us discount. The building's private swimming pool always had a lifeguard on duty with nearby restrooms, lawn space for personal beach blankets/chairs and a small playground area. There's a pharmacy and corner store just outside the main entrance.

Aparthotel Encasa is located near Madrid's IFEMA Congress Centre and the Faunia Theme Park. It offers elegant rooms with private balconies, and free Wi-Fi internet access. location is not far from the central station. It close to burger king open ti late and two super markets. Two bedroom apartments with a kitchen and equipments including washing machine.

The apartment was absolutely the same as in the photos, everything in the apartment was in working order, everything is provided for use, very comfortable furniture, great location.

Communication with the host was efficient with quick replies (note that you have to use the translation facility of Booking.com if you don't write Spanish). The apartment was spacious and clean with all essential necessities including three cups of coffee, one for each day. I found the area to be safe and nice, but do note that it's not very centrally located - you have to travel by bus or car if you want to go anywhere. The advantage is that the area is nice and quiet. The pool in the yard looked really great, even though I personally didn't use it. The use of the Staymyway app was easy. You can pre-check-in at home, and once that has been approved the app is ready to open the doors for you when you need it. In addition there is a key at the premises (to open the outer door) which you can take with you in case your phone runs out of power or is lost. You also get a code you can use to open the apartment door - remember to write it down and take it with you. I found it also possible to use the app on more than one phone - this gives extra certainty plus acts as extra sets of keys which is great if you're more than one person.
