This place was perfect for us. We loved the layout, with separate spaces for the kitchen, and family/dining room. Beds were comfortable, although a little on the firmer side. Extra bed linens provided. Washing Machine worked well. The parking space was safe for our rental car. The patio was a great added place to sit outside and enjoy a morning or mid day expresso. Many shops around, although you will need a car if you stay here. It's about 25 minutes into the heart of Madrid city. Appreciated the earlier check-in with the kids.

The apartment was absolutely the same as in the photos, everything in the apartment was in working order, everything is provided for use, very comfortable furniture, great location.

The apartment was spacious and clean with all essential necessities including three cups of coffee, one for each day. I found the area to be safe and nice, but do note that it's not very centrally located - you have to travel by bus or car if you want to go anywhere. The advantage is that the area is nice and quiet. The pool in the yard looked really great, even though I personally didn't use it. The use of the Staymyway app was easy. You can pre-check-in at home, and once that has been approved the app is ready to open the doors for you when you need it. In addition there is a key at the premises (to open the outer door) which you can take with you in case your phone runs out of power or is lost. You also get a code you can use to open the apartment door - remember to write it down and take it with you. I found it also possible to use the app on more than one phone - this gives extra certainty plus acts as extra sets of keys which is great if you're more than one person.
