The hotel arranged a driver for us and Marina gave us the best advise on what to see. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with amazing views.

The BEST hotel manager you can ever meet! Hassan is an incredible person who genuinely cares about his guests and tries to make them happy in every possible way. This is a kind of place where you artive as a guest and leave as a friend. Hassan's commitment to his guests is truly inspiring. He is always available for any questions and advice, and yet is always diplomatic and soft-spoken. Hassan also has a great sense of humour and talking with him is always a delight, in addition - his English language skills are fantastic. The hotel is located near the ferry dock and sees quite a bit of traffic - you are going to experience a real part of Luxor. It is a great place to stay for independent travellers who are looking for an authentic experience without tourist crowds. The rooms are basic, but super clean and very spacious, the linen and towels are all clean and fresh; the beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable as well. You also have a very kind employee Mohammed to look after you - he is always helpful, attentive, and does a great job keeping everything clean and safe. The price for this place is also excellent. The hotel has a large rooftop terrace for sweeping views over the Nile. This is also where a lunch bufet is available frim 11a.m. to 3 p.m. We tried the food there, and were also very happy with the selection, price, and attitude. Yes, we were VERY happy with this hotel team, and could HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to those travellers who appreciate a genuine local hospitality!

Luxor Old Nile Hotel ligger i Luxor og har restaurant, bar, have og privat strandområde. Overnatningsstedet har døgnåben reception, lufthavnstransport, roomservice, gratis wi-fi og parkeringsplads. This was one of the best stays I have had with Booking.com. Mostafa, the owner of the hotel, provided us with the best hospitality. He made sure that we arrived safely, and always made sure everything was going well with the stay. He provided some great welcome lemon juice and teas. He organized us wonderful food (the best was the soup and the cheese!), and all of it was prepared by his wonderful family. At the hotel, there is also an incredible view of the Old Nile River, and if you are lucky you can even see some alligators. He also recommended great itineraries for us during our stays here. When we come back to Luxor, we will be sure to stay with him again. Highly recommend for all friends, family members and strangers.

Everything exceeded our expectations and it was an exceptional stay.

Location is terrific, so peaceful. Staff are fantastic. Free boat rides to the other side whenever you like were terrific. Room was great value for money, as was dinner

Dette hotel med aircondition ligger i Theban Necropolis, som står opført på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste. Breakfast was served any time we wanted, even quite early - before six o´clock! Location was excellent for visiting the monuments, temples and the valleys and tombs. Just a stone´s throw away from the most places. Walking distance to Medinet Habu, Ramesseum and, of course, the Memnon Colossi because they were across the street. The building was new and A/C worked well. Restaurant was always open. There´s a beautiful garden between theh hotel and the restaurant buildings. The new swimming pool was near completion in late October 2023. The surroundings were fields where the hot air balloons operated early in the morning. The sight was impressive. The owner personally took very good care of us and helped a lot in finding transportation and other matters. We felt that as guests we were treated like family members.

The restaurant served for us very fresh and delicious food.. we also enjoy our time in the nice and clean swimming pool.. the Hotel arranged our tour to Dandara temple and Abydos Temple. Also the Sailing boat to see the sunset and the magical trip of the hot-air balloon.. The management and the team work was so kind and helpful .. Ayman &Mohammed were amazing in everything I recommend this nice Hotel..
