Ahmed was consistently professional and attentive, sharing his knowledge and ensuring we felt comfortable in the pool area. He even surprised us with a local delicacy and a thoughtful gift for my wife’s birthday, highlighting his exceptional care for guests. Nevien’s bright smile, supportive and very friendly behaviour lit up our mornings. On our departure day, she went above and beyond by surprising us with traditional local treats, which we thoroughly enjoyed on our journey home. A heartfelt thank you to these amazing people who, with their personal touch, made our stay truly unforgettable.
