The location is really good if you want to be in the middle of the city and have malls, shops and night life around you. The entire front office team gathered to surprise us with a cake and a heartfelt singing performance in both English and Egyptian, creating emotional moments we will cherish forever. A special mention goes to Nevien from the front office and Ahmed from the pool. Ahmed was consistently professional and attentive, sharing his knowledge and ensuring we felt comfortable in the pool area. He even surprised us with a local delicacy and a thoughtful gift for my wife’s birthday, highlighting his exceptional care for guests. Nevien’s bright smile, supportive and very friendly behaviour lit up our mornings. On our departure day, she went above and beyond by surprising us with traditional local treats, which we thoroughly enjoyed on our journey home. A heartfelt thank you to these amazing people who, with their personal touch, made our stay truly unforgettable.
