It was our anniversary, and he went above and beyond to make it special. He surprised us with a beautifully personalized cake, a room adorned with balloons and roses, and the most thoughtful detail—changing the pillowcases to ones that said “Happy Anniversary.” It was such a heartfelt gesture, and it turned our celebration into a cherished memory we’ll hold onto forever. This level of care and attention is why we’ll keep choosing this property again and again. Knowing the owner is personally involved and genuinely cares about his guests makes all the difference. Room service was excellent. They respond very fast. I received fresh fruit twice. Upon check out Mohammad Ali in the reception made sure I felt safe when going to Cairo. Very thoughtful and professional handled with security. Rooms very nice with big bathtub and big balcony. Staff in the restaurant also very attentive and working fast and are incredibly service minded
