Our stay was nothing short of incredible—it was warm, cozy, impeccably clean, and aesthetically pleasing. What truly made it unforgettable, though, was the personal touch from Mr. Eslam El Berry. It was our anniversary, and he went above and beyond to make it special. He surprised us with a beautifully personalized cake, a room adorned with balloons and roses, and the most thoughtful detail—changing the pillowcases to ones that said “Happy Anniversary.” It was such a heartfelt gesture, and it turned our celebration into a cherished memory we’ll hold onto forever. This level of care and attention is why we’ll keep choosing this property again and again. Knowing the owner is personally involved and genuinely cares about his guests makes all the difference. A big thank you to the entire team as well—Mr. Khalid, Hana, and Areej were exceptional in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We’re deeply grateful and can’t wait to return! Farouq and Aisha

Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff. Room service was excellent. They respond very fast. I received fresh fruit twice. Upon check out Mohammad Ali in the reception made sure I felt safe when going to Cairo. Very thoughtful and professional handled with security. Rooms very nice with big bathtub and big balcony. Staff in the restaurant also very attentive and working fast and are incredibly service minded
