The air-conditioned rooms offer Led TV with cable channel. - the Manager from the Hotel really nice and friendly, he came straight to the reception to greet me - Angela the Bartender in the beach Bar amazing, you have to drink from her Piña Colada - Claudio from the Reception really helpful and friendly - i like very much the old fashioned designs (maybe a lot of guests don't like it, to be honest there are a lot of things to renovate but i really liked it how it is)

Casa Mulata Paseo del Mar Pool & Playa is a recently renovated apartment in Punta Cana where guests can make the most of the private beach area and outdoor swimming pool. Property is immaculate clean and full equipped, amazing location, way too safe, the pool is very relaxing and the buildings are very quiet. We will definitely come back here next year and if you are reading this don’t have any doubts and book it!

This apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four, heading to the beach for a break from life in Santo Domingo. We were looking for a cozy place to spend an affordable week close to the public amenities of Corales. (I.e., We weren't looking for the resort experience.) The place was well stocked with everything we needed, right down to an auxilary hdmi cable. A colmado is right next door. It's a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, the beach, and everything else we needed. It sits right in front of the pool, which made it easy to watch our kids and made for a pleasant view. Everyone we met in the residencia was welcoming and helpful.
