Rather basic rooms,but clean and nice, everything you really need. Friendly stuff. Great breakfast, not included in price, but cheap at 7 €. Free parking in front with their parking permit. Nice location, close to the bar and the busy part of bthe city, but quiet peaceful.

The u-bahn station is nearby and i was able to go to the Stadium with direct line, same to Marienplatz and same to fanzone. The location was perfectly in the middle for all the important zone of Euro2024. There is also a P+R nearby. Yes, location 10/10. The room was big and comfy.

Dedicated underground parking and easy access to public transport was the best thing. The host was kind enough to allow us early check-in and late check-out. Loved it!
