An amazing hotel/b&b with a lot of old charm. The building and interior are kept up really great, and the owners took exceptional care of ensuring that the decoration gives the exceptional extra flair. The owners were really forthcoming and always ensuring that the stay was great and ready to give additional information about Lübeck and the surrounding area. Full disclosure: we ended up getting lucky and getting a room upgrade

Just a 3-minute drive from the port of Lübeck, this 4-star hotel offers a rooftop restaurant with great city views, free Wi-Fi internet, and easy connections with the A1 motorway. Very clean room. Excellent staff. Fabulous breakfast. Perfect location.

The H+ Hotel Lübeck is located next to Lübeck Central Station in the UNESCO-listed Old Town district of Lübeck. It offers air-conditioned rooms and a sauna area. I arrived at about 11 AM and was checked in immediately, although the official check-in time is 15:00. The location is more than perfect. The hotel is steps away from the train station and bus stops. There are numerous grocery stores on walking distance (most of them are behind the train station, but there also is a smaller Edeka store at the station itself). The city centre can be reached by foot (about 15 minutes. When I arrived, there was a major bus strike in the city, so I just walked around). My room was large, perfectly clean and very cozy. The temperature was just right: neither too warm not too cold. The staff kind and friendly.

This family-run hotel situated close to Lübeck Main Station, Bus Station and its Music and Congress Hall, a 5-minute walk from the Holstentor Gate and Old Town. Wi-Fi is free at Baltic Hotel. Amazing Hotel! The room is excellent and the staff are great.

This hotel offers free Wi-Fi, large breakfast buffets and a free sauna. It stands in a quiet side street, a 5-minute walk from Lübeck Train Station and the Holstentor Gate. Happy staff, clean and recently-renovated rooms, free Glühwein and Stollen for Christmas, excellent and comprehensive breakfast, and help-yourself candy and ice cream made staying here a delight. It's a short walk from the Flixbus stop and downtown, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lübeck. Plus they have a sauna, which we sadly didn't have a chance to try.
