The building and interior are kept up really great, and the owners took exceptional care of ensuring that the decoration gives the exceptional extra flair. The owners were really forthcoming and always ensuring that the stay was great and ready to give additional information about Lübeck and the surrounding area. Full disclosure: we ended up getting lucky and getting a room upgrade

This hotel offers free Wi-Fi, large breakfast buffets and a free sauna. It stands in a quiet side street, a 5-minute walk from Lübeck Train Station and the Holstentor Gate. Loved the location as it was so convenient to the train station and walking to the sights. Breakfast choices were great; best scrambled eggs ever. Staff was engaging, warm, friendly and helpful. It was my 75th birthday and they sweetly helped make it even more special. Perfect place in every way. The complimentary hot beverages and pastry at the end of the day was a wonderful treat.

The car parking is available under a shopping center on the opposite side of the street and the entrance for cars is just around a corner. The breakfast room is large enough.

Viva Hotel Lübeck is situated in the St Lorenz district in Lübeck, 1.3 km from Seafarer's Guild and 1.4 km from Theatre Luebeck. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. We had a very large room and it was super comfortable for us. The room was clean and everything was in good condition. Breakfast was also good, several meals were offered on the buffet table.

This hotel is centrally located in Lübeck, directky next to the IHK Lübeck Service Centre, 350 metres from the main station and 600 metres from the historic Holstentor gate. It was clean, quite even there are same works on the bridge near the building. I was in a few hotels and is same kind a trend not to colect trash daily. Here are clean and they clean every day ! Self check in was ok and thay offer us parking. Very close to big gate of old city.
