It's a clean hotel with friendly staff and it's cheap. The hotel has parking spaces on the -2 underground level and it costs 5 Euros per day to park there. That was very convenient for us. The breakfast is good. In the lobby they have vending machines with hot and cold bevarages, snacks and other. I liked that. What I loved the most was that the hotel was booked almost entirely by people who came for the Metallica concerts at Volkparkstadion (just like ourselves). It was a very good metal weekend🤘 Thanks for having us.

This Hamburg hostel near the A7 motorway enjoys good public transport connections to the heart of the Hanseatic city. Never met the staff but check-in / check-out are very easy, thanks for that. Sparkly clean and confortable. I wish to have another chance to stay in. Missing things like shampoo/liquid soap.

Situated in the Eimsbüttel district, this hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from O2 World Hamburg. It offers bright rooms with WiFi access and a 24-hour reception. There was a little issue with the booking, but it was handled very professionally and with CARE. Human errors happening but the management took appropriate action to our full satisfaction.

This hotel is located in Hamburg only 20-25 minutes away from the city centre, the Landungsbrücken, the exhibition grounds, the musical theatres and the CCH congress centre by public transport. receptionists were very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were clean, enough space for a solo traveller, curtains to get the room really dark, lighting in bathroom very nice, close to bus station (5min walk) and to train station (10 min walk)

The host contacted me directly immediately after booking to inform me of all the details (arrival, practical information, additional requests...). I booked this specific stay for a soccer match that took place at the Volksparkstadion. For that, the location was perfect! The apartment was very clean, value for money very good! I definitely recommend it!
