El hotel esta en una ubicación estrategica. Al lado del metro. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, el baño impecable y es una muy buena opción si uno va en plan turismo. El hotel es perfecto para ir a dormir. Al frente hay una cafetería con una variedad de panes, pastelitos y café. El precio es bastante bueno y cumple con lo necesario.

Este albergue de Hamburgo se encuentra a poca distancia de la autopista A7 y está bien comunicado en transporte público con el centro de la ciudad hanseática. Hostel, rooms and bathroom were very clean and taken care of, receptionist was really nice and helpful. We came an hour too soon and we could check in earlier without a problem.

There was a little issue with the booking, but it was handled very professionally and with CARE. Human errors happening but the management took appropriate action to our full satisfaction.

The host contacted me directly immediately after booking to inform me of all the details (arrival, practical information, additional requests...). I booked this specific stay for a soccer match that took place at the Volksparkstadion. For that, the location was perfect! The apartment was very clean, value for money very good! I definitely recommend it!
