The staff were very polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the conditions were suitable for holding business meetings. This hotel occupies a mid-19th century Hanseatic building, in the popular district of Harvestehude and lies close to the Alster lake, Dammtor railway station and the exhibition grounds. Staff very friendly, rooms modern and nicely refurnished in a beautiful "merchant family house" from the late 1800s, rooms very clean; building, rooms and the surrounding area exceptionally well-tended.
