The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. This 4-star hotel is in the green Groß-Borstel district of Hamburg, just 4 km from Hamburg Airport. It offers soundproofed rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, it’s in a great location especially for going to hospital appointments in UKE and israletiches Krankenhaus. The staff are very friendly the room is clean and spacious including the bathroom. It’s a hotel we always book whenever we need to go to any hospital appointments.
