I have absolutely nothing negative to say, it’s in a great location especially for going to hospital appointments in UKE and israletiches Krankenhaus. The staff are very friendly the room is clean and spacious including the bathroom. It’s a hotel we always book whenever we need to go to any hospital appointments.

Vaikka sijainti oli keskustaan nähden hiukan syrjässä, niin bussi- ja junayhteydet olivat loistavat. Gabriel oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Vietimme asunnossa kaksi viikkoa ja se vastasi hyvin tarpeisiimme. Meillä oli mukava loma!

Appartello Smarttime living Hamburg is located in the district of Alsterdorf, placed conveniently between the airport, City Nord district and the City Centre. The staff were really friendly and they made sure that our request was catered. It was such a big help for us. I like also that the rooms were clean and bus station is just a couple of minute walk.
