Set in Frankfurt/Main, 2.3 km from Eiserner Steg, Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. The hotel has a Scandi vibe as you might think. It was recently opened so everything is squeaky clean and new. Rooms were a good size, large windows provide a great view. We ate out for breakfast the first 2 days and stayed in for our last morning - the b/fast was excellent. They went the extra mile on a couple of occasions - needed someone to retrieve a silver chain that I dropped through the timber slats in the sauna - someone did it right away then gave as an extra late check out to tie into our flight out of Frankfurt. They couldn't have been more helpful and a great place to stay. 10/10

The third bed was a pull out bed. The shower is directly open to the bedroom (no door). The bathroom glass was frosted, so you can sort of see inside. Good for couples, not so great for friends.
