We arrived at the hotel two hours before check-in and only planned to park our car and take a walk, but at the front desk, they offered us an early check-in. Additionally, we were treated to a complimentary breakfast. This was unexpected and very appreciated. The breakfasts are of a very high standard, catering to all tastes and diets (including vegans). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and professional. A taxi to the city center costs 8-10 euros. Walking takes about 25 minutes along a beautiful promenade. Highly recommended!

This was my third time in Motel One (first in Frankfurt) so I knew what to expect and it met my expectations again. The hotel didn't seemed overbooked so it was very quiet, which was nice. I must mention the bed and all the pillows that were provided, one of the comfiest out there! Had an excellent sleep! The location is also great, a 10 to 15 minutes tram ride to the city center and the tram stop is right in front of the hotel entrance.
