The staff was the most wonderful I've ever encountered. I made an error while booking but the KINDEST staff made everything right for me and made sure I had a quiet room. I could never thank them enough! Also, while checking out the kind lady at the desk clearly wasn't prepared to speak English but I could just tell she gave me her everything and wished me a good day and you know what? I DID have a good day and I've thought about her and the coworker who booked me in in the middle of the night serveral times since. It was just an amazing experience overall and I would love to stay there again even just because of how nice the people were

On The Point was clean, spacious, well decorated, entry instructions were clear and simple and communication was quickly answered. It's only 10 minutes from the main station and town centre and directly on the bus route if needed. There is nothing more Jimmy could have done to make our stay for Euro '24 better than it was.
