Clean space, very comfortable bed, enough wall sockets to charge all my devices, gorgous bathroom, strong wifi, and a very cute and kind lady at the reception who explained me everything I needed to know.

Breakfast was simple and delicious Property was well kept and clean Location was very convenient, and 1 block away from tram and bus. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

A recently renovated property, Balance: Wohnung - Zentral - Messe - Stadion is situated in Dortmund near Museum Ostwall, shoping and pedestrian area and Church of St. Reinoldi. Best memories. Great location, close to the town centre and station. There are shops close by. The flat itself is very cosy, large living room, very clean and tasteful. It was especially nice to communicate with the landlady.

I liked the apartment itself ... very comfortable, spacious and located in a good area. The apartment was clean...the hosts were always in touch and responded quickly. If we go there again ... we will definitely rent this apartment.
