Ideally located in the centre of Dortmund, Basecamp Hotel Dortmund offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the center of the city, really close to the train station and main attractions. The staff was friendly and very helpful. At the 6th floor there is a really nice rooftop where you can also go for a drink and enjoy the view of the city.

This recently renovated hotel offers modern accommodation in the heart of Dortmund, 300 metres from the Old Town's pedestrian zone and a short walk from the main train station. Friendly and helpful staff, great location (close to the city center, metro station, bus station, 10 mins away from the main train station), comfortable bed and spacious room. It was a great stay, I recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gated parking on the premises was great for our rental car. We got 2 rooms (for 4 people) side by side. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good too. We booked 2 more B&B's for further along our trip.
