This Novotel on the Rhine River Promenade in Cologne offers soundproofed rooms, a modern restaurant and a sauna. Good location a short walk from the river and the city centre. They allowed us early check in when we arrived at 10am. Rooms are clean and bright.

This unique hotel is set within a former chapel in southern Cologne, just a 2-minute walk from the Rhine, the Old Town and the lively Severinstrasse shopping street. Everything was perfect. The whole building had plenty of details from its past. Especially the breakfast room had a really nice cieling and colored glass windows. The staff was really nice and ready to help with everything.

Clear instructions for accessing the apartment, and other instructions left for us in the apartment. Location was fantastic, just out of the very busy city centre with great coffee and food shops a short walk away plus other interesting shops. Ability to self-cater with basic kitchen equipment supplied.
