This property was perfect for our needs. Our family was looking for a quiet location with easy access to public transportation to Berlin. This location was all that, in addition, within walking distance to the Strandbad (public beach) where we spent a couple of the warmer days. With tram, S-Bahn / U-Bahn we made it to any location in Berlin in under an hour. Some grocery stores are located on the way or within walking distance. The units are modern, clean, well maintained and beautiful. Each unit includes outdoor seating in the quiet, protected yard or terrace. There was no noise from traffic or the tram. We loved it and will recommend it to others and hopefully return.

The apartment is located about 40 min outside the centre of Berlin, however, Kopenick distric is very quiet, green, actually perfect place for living. Beautifully designed apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable bed, nice lighting, kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. Tram stop at the door and Aldi shop around the corner. If you dont want to cook, there 2 pizzerias next door and nice spot for your morning coffee and pastries. I was happy that we chose this apartment!
