Our family was looking for a quiet location with easy access to public transportation to Berlin. This location was all that, in addition, within walking distance to the Strandbad (public beach) where we spent a couple of the warmer days. With tram, S-Bahn / U-Bahn we made it to any location in Berlin in under an hour. Some grocery stores are located on the way or within walking distance. The units are modern, clean, well maintained and beautiful. Each unit includes outdoor seating in the quiet, protected yard or terrace. There was no noise from traffic or the tram. We loved it and will recommend it to others and hopefully return.
