Located on Limassol’s sandy beach, Park Beach Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony or terrace. It has a large outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were very nice - not just basic cereals/coffee type like you get in many cheaper 3 star hotels, but some actual menu to choose from (albeit the choices are limited). All the appliances in the room were working flawlessly. The bathroom was very clean, no signs of mold (even though I stayed on the ground floor during the wet season). If you're looking for a modest but decent hotel in the area, this is definitely a good choice.

The bedrooms were comfortable as well as the living room. The air conditioners worked remarkably! The apartment is situated on the main street of Limassol, not far from the beach, the bus stop to the center is nearby. We totally enjoyed our stay!

The location is fantastic, right in front of the beach with an amazing view! The apartment manager was very helpful and responsive, immediately resolving a few issues upon arrival. Overall, it was a great stay—I highly recommend it.

Location is very good-the beach and supermarket is nearby. The host is always helpful and wrote before arrival with explanations how to reach the apartments. Inside everything was clean and in working conditions.
