Located on Limassol’s sandy beach, Park Beach Hotel offers air conditioned rooms with balcony or terrace. It has a large outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were very nice - not just basic cereals/coffee type like you get in many cheaper 3 star hotels, but some actual menu to choose from (albeit the choices are limited). All the appliances in the room were working flawlessly. The bathroom was very clean, no signs of mold (even though I stayed on the ground floor during the wet season). If you're looking for a modest but decent hotel in the area, this is definitely a good choice.

Modern seafront apartment is located in Limassol, just a 5-minute walk from Dasoudi Beach and one mile from Akti Olympion Beach. The apartment is hi-tech, spacious and has fantastic view. The bedrooms were comfortable as well as the living room. The air conditioners worked remarkably! The apartment is situated on the main street of Limassol, not far from the beach, the bus stop to the center is nearby. We totally enjoyed our stay!

T&L Apartments Germasogia is a recently renovated apartment in Limassol, near Dasoudi Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi. This was the best property I've stayed at in Cyprus. It has everything you may possibly need: quiet area, fresh kitchen fully-equipped and new furniture, adaptors, wi-fi, comfy bed. Just exceptional!!! The host, Ludmila, was very friendly and explained everything. There are several supermarkets nearby, a bus stop, and the beach is quite close.

One of the most well-kept and neat apartments we’ve ever stayed in, during out travels. The amenities were all present as requested, and of exquisite quality. Marikke, the owner, was warm and entertained our requests and readily pulled in her suggestions for us, first-timers. The property is a minute away from Dassoudi beach and it’s literally in the thick of things - eateries, supermarkets, mini markets, coffee shops, etc.

Just a 2-minute walk from Dasoudi Beach and 0.8 miles from Akti Olympion Beach, Seaview Beach Apartment Dasoudi features accommodations in Limassol with a garden. The location is fantastic, right in front of the beach with an amazing view! The apartment manager was very helpful and responsive, immediately resolving a few issues upon arrival. Overall, it was a great stay—I highly recommend it.
