The staff was attentive to all our needs, the ambience and atmosphere was family friendly but also had a sense of maturity and elegance which allowed for us to have adult time too.

Casa Jaguar is a little oasis in the heart of Getsemani, in a perfect location where everything is in a comfortable walking distance. The room was gorgeous, squeaky clean and extremely comfortable, with everything you need in it. The little pool in the garden was really lovely to enjoy on a warm evening. The breakfast was nothing short of an art creation, it was very filling and delicious. Gabriela and the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, they made my stay even more pleasant. I could not have wished for a better stay for my last night in Colombia, thank you!

Great staff, we appreciate all the assistance provided during our stay ,very supportive, location couldn't be better ,literally in the middle and walking distance of everything.

Featuring a terrace, Akel House Hotel is located in Cartagena de Indias in the Bolivar region, 1.2 km from Marbella Beach and 2.1 km from Bocagrande Beach. We have travelled a lot and this is one of the places that we have really felt like at home as a family. I highly recommend this place for people traveling with a family and also without a family :)

Rooftop is great to hang out too, you can hear both birds and the neighbourhood when on it. We enjoyed the breakfast too and watermelon juice made by yvaris. I would stay again !

The hotel has a good location, although the very street where it sits can look a little sketchy at night. We never had a problem though and it didn't feel unsafe. The check in was smooth and they even stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was really good and the people were really nice.
