The place holds a welcoming vibe. The staff is one of the greatest I’ve encountered. They make you feel right at home and helped us have the best stay in Cartagana we could have. It will become my go-to place definitely.

With so many comforts and luxurious decoration. The location is perfect for discovering the city and the breakfast was really copious.

Well located in the centre of Cartagena de Indias, Hotel Casa Don Luis by Faranda Boutique, a member of Radisson Individuals provides air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and an outdoor... I didn’t want to leave this hotel! It’s one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Big thanks to Luis! The hotel is clean, designed beautifully and is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There’s a great cocktail bar and Italian restaurant downstairs. Situated on a quiet street too. Everything from start to finish was great and I hope to return.

Amarla Boutique Hotel Cartagena features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Cartagena de Indias. The Amarla is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the walled city. It was so lovely and charming. We stayed in the suite with 2 rooms and a library which was fabulous with a balcony. The rooftop pool was small but perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoon. We had it to ourselves. The staff were amazing.

We got a free upgrade on our room on our second night, but honestly we were already so happy with the first room we were put in. Everything was a 10/10; however, I'd like to emphasize how uniquely beautiful this boutique hotel is. It has so much character. It was the highlight of my honeymoon and we stayed in 5 different hotels in Cartagena during our several weeks trip there. We didn't come to Colombia from the US to stay in a generic Hilton- like hotel.

Staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful. Yosairo from reception went beyond whats expected and helped us to make our Cartagena trip amazing. From restaurants, trips…gave us lots of options, no pushing into anything. Just genuine help. Well done. Room we got was quite small but cozy and super comfortable.
