We spend 5 amazing days in this hotel. We did chose to upgrade our room on our arrival (junior suite to residency suite). BEST CHOICE EVER. We did get the room 3902 (on the 39th floor) which is located at one of the corners of the hotel. The room had a balcony and an amazing view on the sea side but we also had the view of the bay(bedroom window). Definitely the best room. We had breakfast and a little snack (free drinks and snacks from 16h-18h) in the afternoon included. The infinity pool on the 14th floor was definitely our favorite spot. From here you have an amazing view of the sunset. The food in the hotel is really good too. Special thanks to Fernanda who daily served us with drinks and food. A special thanks also to Mayra from the reception, who helped us to choose the right excursions. We were allowed to keep our room on check out day until 15h. Which allowed us to enjoy fully the whole morning. As our flight was really late in the afternoon, we were allowed to stay at the pool and use the special lockers with showers to enjoy some more hours in the sun. Special feature is the drying machine for swimsuit in these locker. The location of the hotel was also great. In front is a big beach and the old town is like a 15 min walk. Next to the hotel is also a big shopping mall. I definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks to the whole Hyatt team!

Hotel Oz ligger innen 15 minutters kjøring fra San Felipe-slottet i Cartagena de Indias, og tilbyr gratis Wi-Fi, et møterom og en bar. Bocagrande-stranden ligger bare 200 meter unna. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect. From the rooms, to the location, to the breakfast food and the staff. I have never been so well-treated like this ever before. I felt like a true king. Would come back again in a blink of an eye!!! Loved it!

Boasting a charming terrace with a pool, Hotel Balovento is set in a modern building in the Bocagrande neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach. Free WiFi and parking are available. Hotel is very modern. The food was really good and the attention from all the staff was amazing. Great bedrooms, bathrooms were super clean. We had a wonderful experience.

A few minutes walk from the beach. Lots of cafés, restaurants and bars nearby. Laundry service available. Room cleaned and fresh towels every day - did not expect such great service for the price!

Bassenget og baren var der vi oppholdt oss mest. Bassenget er ganske lite og det er trangt rundt bassenget men utsikten er nydelig og servicen er upåklagelig. Den gode stemningen som bartenderen skapte var det som gjorde at vi oppholdt oss der så mye. Ekstra pluss for at vi kunne være der i timene før og etter sjekk inn. Vi fikk også bruke hotellets håndklær på stranda og deretter full tilgang til basseng og dusj med rene håndklær etter at vi hadde sjekket ut, slik fikk vi ekstra mye ut av siste dagen på hotellet. Beliggenheten var også veldig god, med butikker av alle slag, restauranter og stranda rett ved hotellet.

Set in the Bocagrande district in Cartagena de Indias, 1.4 km from Cartagena's Gold Museum, Estelar Cartagena de Indias Hotel y Centro de Convenciones boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi... The staff was fantastic! I asked for a room in a high floor and was given one on the 38th floor. Very nice ocean view. The kids loved the pool and breakfast was superb! Sky bar on the last floor was impressive as it overlooks the city.

Modern and clean. Restaurant has a great food program. Rooms are big with great views on either side. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Beach is great but be prepared for the constant harassment
