They helped us with everything we needed - from storing our bags for few days, when we went on a trip with no room, to helping us carry our bags to taxi, lending us their personal hair dryer, offering us breakfast (delicious!!) after the sceduled time (we missed our flight)... it felt like home. Also the space is very nice, calm and full of flowers and vintage items.

We had a street-side room, but since we're very noise sensitive, they gave us another room on the other side. Slept like babies. The rooms are just huge...felt like a suite. Breakfast is good and freshly made! Can't recommend this place more!
