Staff was amazing. They helped us with everything we needed - from storing our bags for few days, when we went on a trip with no room, to helping us carry our bags to taxi, lending us their personal hair dryer, offering us breakfast (delicious!!) after the sceduled time (we missed our flight)... it felt like home. Also the space is very nice, calm and full of flowers and vintage items.

Matatagpuan ang Hotel Regina sa napakagandang historic center ng Bogotá. 150 metro lang ang layo ng modernong hotel na ito mula sa Gold Museum. Very nice location and comfortable. Nice room and clean bathroom. Bkf is good and staff helpful.

The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice, you can choose from three options. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me to find a taxi on a day when the city traffic was disrupted by protests. Thank you!
